We believe car hire is always a great idea. If you need to simplify your holiday or if you just crave the freedom of the open road while you’re away, a hire car is your ideal solution. Saying that, car hire hasn’t always had the best reputation when less than reputable companies attempt to deceive customers. We wanted to be open about the pros and cons of car hire and why ultimately, we think it’s more often than not, the best choice for your holiday.<\/strong> We’ve covered some of the highlights of hiring a car and some of the common sticking points we hear about from our customers.<\/p>\n

The pros of hiring a car<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Freedom \u2013 your holiday on your schedule<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Being on holiday, whether you\u2019re out for excitement or relaxation, should be yours to enjoy however you like. Hiring a car means you\u2019re free and able to drive where you like, on your own schedule. Having a car at your disposal also means you\u2019re able to pack in that holiday shopping with no hassle, no cramming into taxis.<\/p>\n

Ease \u2013 no need to learn and understand the public transport<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Being in a foreign country can be difficult when it comes to language barriers, unknown streets and new public transport systems. Which train do you get? Is this the right bus? How do I pronounce where I want to go? All of these questions are answered with a hire car. With modern navigation apps too you can be sure you\u2019re on the right track. Bad experiences happen. While we try our best to provide the absolutely best experience for all our customers, things can still go wrong. The same goes for our car hire providers, we only work with providers who offer excellent customer service but things can still occasionally go wrong. On these occasions we think it\u2019s important to simply help as much as possible. Our customer service team is available 24\/7 and will always do their best to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n

The anxiety of crashing a hire car is scary \u2013 we\u2019ve got you covered<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All of our bookings come with protection should you have an accident. The gist of it is, to hire a car a level of insurance is needed and this insurance is there to protect you. When you book with us, this protection is baked into the price and all optional extras are offered to you completely optionally.<\/p>\n
