I felt very confident having the Zest customer service team to call upon. Fortunately I didn’t need to call upon them, but just the mention of ‘Zest’ at the rental desk seemed to carry some weight. Excellent service from start to finish.

The booking process was very simple and quick and offered a good price. Received an upgrade on the car which was bigger (Toyota Corrolla), new (9000km) and and automatic hybrid. Had to wait about 20 min as car wasn't ready but it was very clean. No pressure to buy extra insurance. Car drop-off was well explained and went uneventful.
Deposit of E500 was released the same day.
