About Us.

Rory founded the company in 2000. In his spare time he is a massive petrol head and motorsport fan. His favourite holiday destination is Jersey as the Island provides all the ingredients for a perfect family holiday.

Pam co-founded the company with Rory back in 2000. In her spare time she loves gardening and long walks, with some cooking in between! Pam loves to travel to Spain for the fantastic food and friendly local people.

Ian started his life at Zest in January 2004. His spare time is filled with video gaming, sampling real ales and days out with the family! His favourite place to travel is New Zealand as he has fond memories of his honeymoon spent exploring there.

Charlotte joined Zest in February 2007. In her spare time she loves a bit of yoga and Zumba and enjoys beach walks and hiking. Her favourite place to travel is southern Spain for the hot weather, great views and stunning food.

Tom joined Zest as a Customer Support Advisor in October 2008 and is now our Head of Commercial. In his spare time he's a massive football fan and loves time with friends and family. His favourite place to travel is Lapland because he loves cold places and snow.

Karl joined Zest in June 2010. His spare time is spent out and about with friends, family and the family dog. His favourite place to travel is America for the diversity of food, landscapes and tons of stuff to do.

Lara joined team Zest in April 2015 in the Customer Support Team. Lara’s spare time is spent hopping between music concerts and travelling. Her favourite place is San Francisco for the unique landmarks and diverse culture.

Harriet joined the Zest team in November 2017. Her spare time is filled with family days out and cooking. South Africa tops her favourite place to travel for the diverse culture and stunning landscape.

Paul joined our Customer Support team in December 2017. Paul likes to spend his spare time building PCs, gaming and playing football. Japan is Paul's travel destination of choice for the beautiful scenery and culture.

Tamarin joined team Zest in June 2019 as a Customer Support Advisor. She's a Game Of Thrones fan and describes herself as a crazy cat lady. Her favourite place to travel is Barcelona because of the culture and people.

Louise joined Zest in January 2020 as Financial Controller. She likes to spend her spare time gardening, long dog walks and spending time with family. Her favourite place is North Norfolk for the lovely beaches and places!

Sebastian joined Zest in October 2021 as our Digital Marketing Manager. He likes to spend his spare time playing the piano, gaming and exploring new places. His favourite place and origin of birth is Antigua for its amazing beaches, food and people.

Tommy Parsons joined Zest in August 2022 as a Customer Support Advisor. He likes to spend his spare time playing football and going to the gym. His favourite place is Brittany in France, where he spent summer holidays as a kid.

Alicia joined Zest in November 2022 as a Customer Relations Manager. She likes to spend her spare time reading and spending time with family. Her favourite place is Iceland for the incredible geology, beautiful landscapes, and luscious hot springs.

Jade joined Zest in March 2023 as a Customer Relations Manager. She's a a massive Disney fan, who enjoys nothing more than a cosy film night with her family. Her favourite place she has visited is Thailand, and she dreams of going to Japan one day!

Naomi joined Zest in April 2023 as our Products Administrator. She likes to spend her time photographing landscapes, hiking and reading. Her favourite place is Iceland for its stunning sunsets, sunrises and friendly people.

Danny joined team Zest in June 2023 as the in house UX/UI designer. Off-duty, you'll find Danny immersed in captivating films, pushing his limits at the gym, and dreaming about future journeys to Japan's mesmerizing landscapes and rich culture.

Nathan joined Zest in June 2023 as a Digital Marketing Assistant. He likes to spend his spare time playing darts, watching football, and spending time with family & friends. His favourite place is the Greek Islands for the great weather, beaches, and sunsets.

Zac joined Zest in July 2023 as a Customer Support Advisor. He enjoys spending his time playing videogames, reading, and jamming out on his guitar. His favourite place is Vietnam for the amazing landscapes, bustling cities, and rich culture.
