  4. A booking through an agent. In the event that the booking is through an agent, we pass on a few of your details which help the agent to track their bookings and provide a better service.

Please Note: Under no circumstances will we pass on your credit/debit card details to our car rental partners or agents.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

In order to fulfil your car rental booking, we will need to share some of your personal data with third parties. In some cases your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

We do not trade or share your information with other companies for marketing purposes.

Keeping you updated.

We may email you occasionally about changes to our service and other relevant information. We always give you the chance to opt-out of future mailings.

If you have given us consent for direct marketing, we may send communications based on the pages you have visited or the actions you have taken on our website.

How long will we keep your data?

When you make a booking with us, we’ll keep the personal data you give us for up to 5 years, so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
