The Role

Join Zest Car Rental to manage high-volume paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, affiliate networks, and comparison sites including Kayak, Skyscanner, and Travel Supermarket. You’ll use data and partner relationships to grow customer acquisition and revenue profitably across international markets. 

What You’ll Need

• Optimise campaigns, budgets, and bids to maximise return 
• Report on performance and test growth opportunities 
• Support SEO and wider marketing activity
• Work with partners and internal teams to achieve business goals 

What you’ll bring 

• At least two years’ paid search marketing experience
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with large budgets, complex accounts, GA4, Search Console, and AI tools
• SEO knowledge and UK work authorisation
• Ability to commute to Dereham NR19 1DJ or relocate before starting 

Desirable

• Affiliate, aggregator, travel, or tourism experience
• International or multi-currency campaign experience
• Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certification
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued, supported, and satisfied. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, resolving queries, enhancing journeys, and contributing to a positive brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support across multiple channels (telephone, email, live chat)
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and a solution-focused approach
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with our car rental partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive and customer-first culture

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
• Confident using computers, websites, and online systems

Mon-Fri 8am-7pm | Sat & BH 8am-5pm | Sun 10am-4pm
