Overall we had a great experience with Alamo. Good car, easy pick up and drop off, and clear instructions when collecting the car.
Zest, as always, were ace. Their full cover option gave us confidence that we would have a surprise-free experience, while a query about whether the car came with the vignette needed to travel toll-free in Austria was dealt with on the phone both promptly and completely.

As the car I was originally booked in for was unavailable, they upgraded me free of charge. Car had existing minor damage which was already documented on the contract. Very happy overall
