Having booked cars a number of times via Zest I have found the service to be far better than any I have used in the past. When things haven't been as expected Zest have always helped put it right without hesitation.

We were really impressed with AutoUnion. The car rental desks are well sign posted. Collection was easy and the service friendly. We were walked round the car to record any defects which we prefer. There was no attempt to upsell any insurance. The car was fine if slightly underpowered. The return was equally smooth.
