Pick up of the vehicle was slow since a long queue built up very quickly (everyone coming off the flight at the same time). For a while there was only one person serving at the desk - it improved once a second person arrived at the desk. I think our wait in the queue was about half an hour. But this is our only complaint, everything else was very good and I'd use again.
