I originally rented a Toyota Yaris, but the provider, Keddy Norway/Europcar, offered me a free upgrade to a Skoda Octavia. I wasn't too sure if everything was ok, but the experience was great! The car smells pretty new when I took it. There were some small scrapes, but they were pretty insignificant. The customer service who handed me the vehicle already marked out everything on the rental agreement accurately. He handed me the keys and I could drive off straight away. The customer service guy was nice and friendly, and I appreciate that.
The vehicle was a great drive! I didn't experience any problems at all with the car, and I drove a pretty long distance, about 800 km.
The return process was very smooth as well. I handed over the keys to customer service after parking the vehicle back at its designated parking spot, and that's the end.
