Booking was simple. Kept informed throughout by Zest. The car was basic but what we'd requested. It didn't have a petrol cap which we noticed when we went to fill up the car. Not an issue and we just let the rental staff know on return. An easy process overall.

Couldn't fault it; the desk was easy to find and very efficient, the car was in excellent condition and the hand back at the end took less than 5 minutes including checking the vehicle.
