Zest was a very good company to book through (as recommended by the UK Daily Telegraph), without the usual problem of considering extra insurance, damage waiver etc.
The car from Go Rental was clean and functional and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

Great experience overall, the only hiccup was some minor chips in the windscreen we noticed when we picked the car up which Mode had missed. These were taken note of and Mode confirmed that any crack or other issue resulting from those existing chips we wouldn't be liable for. Would happily rent a car from them again.
