Great booking process and customer service. Simple, straightforward and easy pick up and drop off experience. Pleasant and helpful staff at the rental office.

Queenstown airport is relatively small for an international airport, but knowing that the operator was on site, I eventually found Alamo at the Enterprise desk, alongside bag collection belt. The car was spotless and dropping off at Christchurch Airport did not cost much extra.
