Zest was very helpful before the rental, answering questions about the International Driver's Permit in Albania (not required!). It is awkward to reach Sicily By Car at Tirana Airport - across a busy and fenced main road. Once there, service was fairly quick.
Returning the vehicle was easy.
Very good service overall. Would definitely recommend Zest Car Rental.

Rental desk is offsite across the street from the airport about a 5 minutes walk. Tirana Airport doesn’t really have the best signposts but after asking a passer by we found the office with no difficulty. Staff were helpful and explained the rules of driving ( no off road and zero drink allowed in Albania while driving). Only issue I had with car was not being able to connect my phone driving map app to the car’s big screen

All was good, both Zest and Sicily by car had great customer focus. The directions to the Juren Hotel for the pick up could be improved (you have to exit onto the main airport road, turn right until the end of the barrier, then cross the road and head left until nearly opposite your exit from the airport, about a 5 to 10 min walk in total depending on your pace.)

As usual all excellent

Love the car rental place, Autounion. They helped us out a lot and after reading many horror stories from car rental scams, this place was the exact opposite: friendly, helpful and wanting to offer a good rental experience.

Booking through Zest was excellent
We paid for extra cover which was so worth it for the scratch we had

Very reassuring service from Zest.
Alamo upgraded us to a larger car, although it may have been older. It was very chaotic at Tirana airport, but that is not Alamo’s fault.
