As the car I was originally booked in for was unavailable, they upgraded me free of charge. Car had existing minor damage which was already documented on the contract. Very happy overall

I found the whole process to be quick, efficient and also cheaper than the bigger Rental names. Would definitely use again.

The whole process was very smooth and straight-forward. Booking via Zest gave an added level of reassurance, particularly as I chose to take out the additional insurance, which was very reasonably priced.
