Collection was delayed by about 20 minutes while Thrifty brought in more vehicles but after that the service was good. The pick up parking area was next to the desk and was well staffed. One of them was particularly helpful, showing me how to link my phone for satnav. When we returned the car a week later Said greeted me by name and dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently. By the time we reached the airport terminal the credit card deposit had already been returned - a good example for other companies to follow. The Hyundai Venue was comfortable and easy to drive although a bit underpowered and lacking in luggage space compared with the Toyota Corolla we had for a previous hire. Overall, though, the personal touch made for a good experience.
