Saga went the extra mile in service. They gave us very useful advice regarding traffic regulations, tolls, road use, parking, etc. They suggested using a parking app, which proved to be very convenient. They were friendly, informative and courteous, and at no point did we feel pressured into accepting any extra insurance, etc. We did not get the exact car we had booked, but a suitable alternative in the same class. It was clean and performed well. On our return they dropped us off at our airport hotel rather than the airport, because we had an overnight stay before our flight. They even made an extra journey to retrieve my husband's coat from the office where he had left it by mistake. An all round excellent experience 😊. What a difference to most European car hire firms we have dealt with! I thoroughly recommend them.

I was impressed overall with the smooth transaction. The car was in excellent condition and more than adequate for our trip in Iceland. Alamo personnel were helpful informative and courteous. The zest process was also great, as it nailed the cost and made it an affordable transaction for me with the additional insurance cover purchased. I was pleasantly surprised and content with the deal.
