The Zest service was excellent throughout. I called Zest several times for information and was answered by a live person within two minutes.
The Zest representatives were most helpful and patient. They always found the answer to my question. Without their assistance I would have had difficulty getting roadside assistance.
It was so reassuring to know they were there to support me at anytime.
I will always use Zest in future.

We always use Zest.
I know that despite pushy salesmen refuting the policies at the desks and trying to update we are assured that Zest had it covered.
We found it difficult on this occasion to communicate with the hire company but each time we had our messaged bounce we felt sure that Zest would have our backs and indeed this was the case. We may not on this occasion have been completely happy with the car hire company but it was not Zest who was at fault and we shall continue to use them and to recommend their services.

First time using Zest for me and service and vehicle were beyond my expectations. The vehicle was very acceptable and had no problems. Zest really shines in making insurance affordable so that the car use can be as stressless as possible.
