Everything went smoothly, our rental car was almost new and we really enjoyed driving it. Prior to our rental I emailed Zest with a couple of queries and had very prompt and helpful replies.

would definitely use Zest, it is good to have the back up. My car hire had a lot of scratches and a minor dent - Thrifty staff were very good in getting everything recorded and my returned was easy. Though I had to point this out to them as the vehicle originally been signed as ok to take away before I did the check. Zest guidelines helped with this
