I really liked the protected excess insurance... nice peace of mind.
When I wanted to check something on the phone I got through to someone straight away and they were patient and helpful.

The service was excellent, even when I forgot to fill up with fuel before returning (due to the stress of a huge snowstorm on my return drive), this was handled easily and without any major financial penalties.
