Tour Hawaii.

Unlike no other American state, Hawaii is made up of a chain of islands. Whether you want to base yourself on one of the islands for your holiday or explore multiple locations, Hawaii is a stunning holiday hotspot. Each island has its own personality, so pick the one that suits you best.

Rent a car and make the most of your trip to the state of Hawaii.

Hawaii (The Big Island)

The Big Island is served by both Hilo and Kona Airport, situated on opposing sides. Explore the Hamakua Coast. This area is full of verdant rainforests and perfect for a scenic drive. Stop off on your travels at the Botanical Gardens and soak up the breathtaking scenery here. Hawaii is a volcanic island, which means that it has many black beaches and in fact a whole National Park dedicated to them. Walk through a lava tube, hike across a crater and view two active volcanos too. Head to Pearl Harbour and pay a visit to the USS Arizona memorial and tour the USS Missouri.

Oahu (The Gathering Place)

Honolulu Airport is most likely where you will have flown into when visiting Oahu. Waikiki will no doubt be your first port of call in Oahu. Packed full of stunning beaches, soaking up the sunshine will be the order of the day here. Head along Kalakaua Avenue and grab a bargain at one of the markets. No trip would be complete without scaling Diamond Head State Monument during your stay as well.

Kauaʻi (The Garden Isle)

Kauaʻi’s nickname of The Garden Isle gives you a fairly large clue as to what this island is like. Wondrous landscapes etched with rainforests and valleys are in abundance here. Lihue Airport is the largest airport on this island and most probably your starting point. Drive straight over to Kokee State Park and explore further on foot using one of the many trails. View the local flora and fauna in this area too.

Maui (The Valley Isle)

Land at Maui Kahului Airport and start your break away in Maui. There is some epic driving terrain to sample and the Hana Highway is the pick of the bunch. Teeming with toe curling bends and breathtaking views to boot, this will certainly not disappoint. Head to Haleakala National Park and if you get there early enough, watch the sunset in this picturesque spot. Drive to the mountains peak, grab your hiking boots and away you go.

Hawaii’s islands do display quite distinct personalities. This does mean that whatever your taste or holiday craving, you will find the perfect remedy here.
