It was one of the easiest car hire experiences I have had. We received vehicle upgrade and everything was straightforward. They gave us a map showing how to find the car rental return as there were building works which was very helpful.

Great rental experience. I left plenty time to return car before flight, which was needed as traffic was heavy; something beyond East Car Rentals’ control. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A little push at pickup - not overly - about $5500 that would be needed to be left if the car had been damaged in anyway. It wasn’t, and they accepted when I said happy with what I’ve got.
