Excellent customer service from the rental company. They even dropped us back to our hotel afterwards as we were not flying until the following day. The car was perfect and the process of pick up and drop off was very quick and simple. Happy also with the usual high level of customer service from Zest!

Renting with Way 2 Azores was super simple. I received a text as soon as we collected our luggage telling us that he was there to pick us up and where to find him. We were driving away with our rental car 15 minutes after we were picked up. Fantastic quick and friendly service. I highly recommend this company.

No issue with Drive on Holidays, though the meeting instructions weren't followed by them, I was able to call them and be picked up quickly.
The car was good, but they were somewhat relaxed about the existing damage on the car just advising us to make a video. However on return there were no issues.
I found Zest were very transparent and clear, and offered a competitive price but with more reassurance.

Possibly the best car rental experience I have ever had.
Zest's price was exceptional & had very easy to understand insurance offers / clauses.
At the pick up, Drive on Holidays' service was exceptional. Genuinely friendly & no hard sell of extra insurance.
I will endeavour to use Zest (& Drive on) again.
