Excellent service, friendly staff who were polite and smiling.
Due to losing my driving licence I had to change the lead driver to my partner only hours before pick up and this service was free, quick and smoothly completed. Wonderful. Will use again.

The booking process was very clear, good service from the car provider and a nice clean car. There was good communication throughout including the provider making contact the night before to provide pick up details. It was a competitive price and zero excess insurance was useful.

Our car was brand new 10kms on clock. Staff were friendly and efficient. Paperwork simple and fast with no "upselling" issues on insurance cover. Return book 5 minutes and we had a private transfer to the airport right by departures. Best experience we have ever had with a hire car. I will be using Zest in future.
