We were very impressed with the whole process compared to so many rental car providers.
We really appreciated the speed and efficiency of pick up and drop off - no long wait times, no hassle, no aggressive up selling as is so common.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. We appreciated not having to give all the information we had already provided online again, once we were at the pick up point.
The vehicle was very basic but we didn’t mind that.

Exceptional experience at Kalamata. This was doubtless assisted by the fact that it is a tiny airport. The car rental desk was 5 paces after entering the arrivals hall. The agent took us to our car, helped load cases & talked through a few things about the car. On return, an agent came out immediately to greet us whilst we parked.

We were picked up from the airport by a representative who was waiting for us & quickly driven o their depot which is offsite. Returning the car very also quickly undertaken and we we whisked of back to the airport. On both occasions, we were offered help with our luggage
