Have used Zest & Insulacar on previous trip to Madeira and as usual there were no problems with the service.

The Insularcar staff were prompt, efficient and very friendly. They made us feel most welcome on the island and took the time and trouble to write down places to visit and places to eat authentic island food where locals ate. They were very relaxed about the cars minor dinks and told not to worry about the car getting dirty or people opening their doors against ours in carparks etc which really put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend Insularcar and will definitely use them again

Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Zest Car Rental and Rentx.
Rentx staff were very helpful and friendly, recommending places to visit on the island.
It would be useful if they provided a road map of the island, many car hire companies provide this service.
Overall great service, just waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Overall good service and Insular were helpful and did not attempt to sell any further additional insurance as I had purchased full insurance coverage through Zest at time of booking. Retuning the car was straightforward and quick.

Mini Cabriolet automatic...just as we ordered. Brilliant service and no hard sell for extra insurance etc etc. We would definitely use Zest and Madeira Rent again. Thank you for providing such a professional and friendly service.
