I found my Zest Car Rental account easy to find and access. It was easy to pay, to review my booking and add extra insurance. Also, the documents provided had enough detail for me to feel like I knew what I was getting.
As for AutoUnion, they were great, what little interaction we had with them. The check-in went quickly, the car was clear and easy find in the parking garage. Returning the car was just as quick.

The whole experience was excellent, from Zest to Alamo. I had initially booked a smaller car and then felt that we had more luggage and so upgraded through Zest. They handled this process very quickly, all online, and got me a bigger car. The prices were good and everything was in place at the destination.

Everything went super smoothly with the rental. The pickup was very efficient, clear, and hassle-free. I even received a WhatsApp message with pictures and instructions for return. The car was good and very fuel efficient. Return was very speedy; they phoned as I was running late for my flight, and helpfully met me at the parking location for a super quick return. Thank you Autounion - from a happy customer.
