The whole experience was excellent, from Zest to Alamo. I had initially booked a smaller car and then felt that we had more luggage and so upgraded through Zest. They handled this process very quickly, all online, and got me a bigger car. The prices were good and everything was in place at the destination.

Everything went super smoothly with the rental. The pickup was very efficient, clear, and hassle-free. I even received a WhatsApp message with pictures and instructions for return. The car was good and very fuel efficient. Return was very speedy; they phoned as I was running late for my flight, and helpfully met me at the parking location for a super quick return. Autounion were so efficient and highly professional. Most companies make you feel as if are making a new booking when you walk in, but not Autounion they are so slick and fast

It was not too easy to find the Green Motion office after arrivals. Better signage is needed in the arrivals hall and along the passage and then down the narrow corridor just before the exit of the building.
