I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Bluu. When I asked to change my car, the Bluu customer services team went out of their way to find me a vehicle that I felt safe driving. The transfer process was handled smoothly and efficiently, especially considering that December is a busy time in Cape Town. Bluu is a hidden gem among car hire companies in Cape Town, although that may change soon as more people discover their excellent service....keep it up!

Great service from Europcar who’s friendly staff delivered to the hotel, stress free experience, none of the usual pressures over insurance/cover scare mongering.

Europcar in downtown Cape Town were efficient and honest and there were no quibbles about scratches etc.
