We arrived in Cape Town and I realised I had booked the vehicle from Johannesburg. The staff at Europcar were great and despite my fears they changed the booking locally and we were able to pick up a car in Cape Town as planned. No extra payments were required and they saved the day. It was a relief and the Europcar supervisor at the Cape Town airport office was so understanding and helpful.
