The service provided by Acarent was very good. We were glad they collected us from the airport as their office is difficult to find. This did help in recognising the area when returning the vehicle as Google maps did not bring us to the door. The vehicle was good, a Ford Kuga rather than a Peugeot 2008 so larger than anticipated, diesel rather than petrol, but automatic as ordered. There was some confusion to begin but when we produced our emails to show we had already paid the car hire and the required deposit was 1000 euro and not 1500 euro we were good to go. The deposit was debited from our account rather than retained but very promptly paid back within 24hrs. This extra transaction cost an additional £15 which wasn't factored in to begin but overall a good experience and we would certainly recommend the company if their price continued to be competitive.
