From arriving at the office to collect the car all paperwork was all completed and ready, all I had to do was check and sign. The car was spotless and virtually new. On return it took about a minute to hand over the keys and documents and the deposit had already been returned when I landed in the UK. Avis/ Budget is the best car rental experience I’ve had. Zest service was also excellent and a really competitive price .

Minor delays at airport collection and at vehicle collection. Vehicle was excellent. Return process was speedy and uncomplicated.

As we were first time customers the pick up of our vehicle was a bit slower as we needed to provide additional details that could only be gathered on arrival, but we appreciated the thoroughness. Our vehicle was as described and ran well (it would have been handy to have a car manual in the glove box as we didn't know how to work some of the 'in-screen functions'. Perhaps this was intentional to stop people fiddling with the selected 'in-lane safety mode' (a beeper kept going off when it perceived we were drifting out of our lane, which while a great feature, it became a little annoying as most of the roads we travelled on in Bulgaria were impossible to stay in lane, while avoiding the potholes! We would definitely book with Top Rent a Car again (and Zest, who we booked through were very efficient, gave timely reminders of what documents and cards we needed, and offered good advice and price on car insurance). There were no nasty surprise costs!

The car was spotless and virtually brand new. The service by the Avis/ Budget staff was excellent. The deposit was returned the same day I returned the car. I would recommend using zest to anyone. They email regular information updates and reminders prior to and throughout the rental period.

Service was excellent, the car was great, except that I specifically ordered a hatchback, but got a saloon. Luckily plans had changed so I didn't actually need a hatchback. Apart from that, 10/10!
