Zest Customer Services were extremely helpful on the day of collection when we were worried about a payment issue. They got the problem resolved very quickly, on a Saturday morning too, we were very grateful.

Excellent website and straightforward booking conditions. Europcar very efficient and we were very happy with the car they supplied. Drop off was simple, quick and efficient. Excellent service.

Once arriving at the Alamo desk (Bastia), it was realised that I had a paperwork complication (my error). Andrea at Alamo did all she could to try resolve the matter, but the issue had to be referred back to Zest UK, whereupon Alison and Tamarind were able to assist immediately and re-process the policy within 30 minutes. Many thanks to Andrea, Alison and Tamarind to resolving the matter in a timely and very courteous manner. All other elements went like a dream too. Matthew
