Generally a very easy service and good value for money. The process with Zest was very simple and easy. The car was exactly what we booked and in good condition. The man we dealt with at the rental company was very nice. We only had two challenges, the hold value that the rental company required could not be put on an AMEX card, this was made clear beforehand however and luckily we have another credit card. We also had a slight issue finding the rental company as it is around the corner from where the instructions said but after asking another rental firm, we found it easily. Overall very happy with my rental and would use again.

Very with your services. Will definitely return if I need to hire a car. Your customer service online is great and helpful. The car provider staffs were amazing helping getting the car. Excellent pick up and drop off. I can’t complain.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 3 hours. However I managed to contact zest while we were still on the tarmac in UK. They called auto union who kindly waited after hours for our flight to arrive. Highly recommend Auto Union at Preveza airport. Don’t be put off by the fact that it is off airport. It is only 2 mins in the shuttle bus and very easy to find for returning the vehicle. Very friendly helpful staff.

Excellent Service provided by Zest. Very easy to arrange…& all we had to do was just pick up the car ! (All the hard work of arranging, having been done for us). Would certainly recommend Zest for arranging car hire abroad & Zest will from now, be our go to car hire arranger . Brilliant service….well done !

Collected from airport. Only a couple of minutes and you are at Autounion. We were the only ones there both for picking up and dropping off. It was October so at the end of the season. It was all so easy. Guess it must be a lot busier in summer.
