Due to my age [77] Green Motion was the only car hire company available to me. I had looked at its reviews online and many of them were poor -- these were general reviews --not specifically for Aktion airport. So with a slight sense of trepidation I booked via Zest. I was very pleased with the overall service that I received and would have no hesitation at booking-- via Zest for Green Motion again.

We have booked through Zest using various car rental providers on many occasions over recent years and have had reasonable results. However, this was our first time using Dirent, and what a pleasant experience it was. Reasonable price, car in pristine condition, and very friendly welcome on collecting and returning the car. Will definitely be looking to use Dirent again in the future.

Generally a very easy service and good value for money. The process with Zest was very simple and easy. The car was exactly what we booked and in good condition. The man we dealt with at the rental company was very nice. We only had two challenges, the hold value that the rental company required could not be put on an AMEX card, this was made clear beforehand however and luckily we have another credit card. We also had a slight issue finding the rental company as it is around the corner from where the instructions said but after asking another rental firm, we found it easily. Overall very happy with my rental and would use again.
