I find using Zest very easy and don’t have to worry about being asked to buy extra insurance at a hire car desk, usually months after I arranged the original rental. Everything is clear in the paperwork.

Excellent experience from booking through picking up and returning the vehicle. I have booked many hire cars through Zest and have always been very impressed by the service provided.

There was a problem with the gears on the hire car in the last day. I called Payless who had a tow truck with me within 25 mins, took me to the airport and gave me another vehicle - no questions asked - all within an hour. Though not good there was a problem, their customer service was excellent.
