The car itself had a few scratches but these were documented by Europcar and I was informed that they were there. The man who I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, a small wait to be served but as expected. They didn’t try the hard sell of upgrades and waiver insurance as I had pointed out I had this in place with Zest.
I am really pleased I used Zest car rental, I thought the peace of mind from the insurance and reminders what was needed etc was fantastic.
