Second time using Zest and second time choosing Sicily by Car from Olbia. Although on both occasions the car didn't really match that chosen at booking stage, if anything the car was at least as good and on this latest occasion better than what we had booked. Sicily by Car is very easy to locate at Olbia and their staff are fast and efficient. I never sensed they were trying to sell us extras, best to buy the excess cover separately anyway. We've not experienced any mysterious damage claims from SBC, we do usually spend a couple of euros to hoover the holiday sand out before returning - never had a problem with any extra charges.

While it feels somewhat automatic to fill all "yes, yes, excellent, excellent" checkboxes here, locauto WAS fast, smooth and frictionless and would definitely rent here again.

The car was brand new and very clean. There were no marks on return, but better was that there was no excessive examination of the car, which with other car hire companies has been an issue even when there were no bumps or marks.
The inclusion of the second driver and Zero excess is a great bonus. I am currently looking to book a hire car for another trip to Italy, this time for 20 days and will certainly be checking your offers and discounts to check competitiveness, because the service and process was good throughout.
