The car was brand new and very clean. There were no marks on return, but better was that there was no excessive examination of the car, which with other car hire companies has been an issue even when there were no bumps or marks.
The inclusion of the second driver and Zero excess is a great bonus. I am currently looking to book a hire car for another trip to Italy, this time for 20 days and will certainly be checking your offers and discounts to check competitiveness, because the service and process was good throughout.

Locauto made the whole process easy. Picking up the car and returning it took minutes each time, and the quality of the car I was given was great! Brand new, very clean, and worked perfectly with no issues.
The staff were also super friendly and welcoming and everything was communicated clearly. I will definitely use them again if I return and will recommend them to others

The pick up was smooth and the agent advised taking photos of all existing damage and to have that recorded before driving the car away so as to avoid dispute on return. When returning the vehicle I would have felt more comfortable if the checks had been done in my presence however there were no issues. I feel confident that Keddy are reputable and I will certainly use them and Zest again, the Zest insurance was so much cheaper than the hire companies' own insurances.
