Booking process on Zest website was straightforward and price including top up insurance was very competitive and cheaper than booking direct with hire car company. We had peace of mind that we wouldn't be stung by extra charges when returning the vehicle. In fact, final charge invoiced was less than the quoted amount.

Zest customer support were amazingly helpful and answered all my questions about winter tyres and snow chains etc. it’s so nice to speak to someone- and for them to be so expert. Thank you.

I was very grateful to be upgraded to a superb Hyundai Santa Fe, which was far more suitable for our ski holiday. Kevin at the hire car desk was very helpful and speedy at arrival and answered all my questions. Kevin was also there when I returned the car and was very helpful
