Our car hire had to be extended due to flight cancellation because of air traffic dispute in France. Our situation was rescued by the Zest representative whom I contacted and he handled the situation on our behalf calmly and professionally which is how I view your company.

Car had a lot of bodywork scratch marks on collection, but these had all been noted by Alamo, and no additional charges were made to me. Overall, very satisfactory and would use Alamo at Geneva again
