Car had a lot of bodywork scratch marks on collection, but these had all been noted by Alamo, and no additional charges were made to me. Overall, very satisfactory and would use Alamo at Geneva again

We were very impressed all round, having had an awful experience in Italy in the summer 2024 with a different broker. We could not have faulted Alamo / Enterprise and Zest in any way. The car was virtually new and beyond our expectations. Would wholeheartedly recommend all three companies.

Just great service from the outset. Had a name change to make, which I was worried was going to cost some kind of random admin fee, but thankfully it didn’t. Vehicle pick up was easy and return the same.
