Travel around Tunisia.

Every day spent in Tunisia could involve doing something completely new. There are sun-kissed beaches to relax around on the coast, medinas and souks to explore, whilst heading further inland will bring you to salt lakes and some of the more famous film locations from Star Wars such as Chott el Djerid and Mos Espa.

Fans of the Star Wars saga should also head to the island of Djerba to see a number of other locations used in the films before soaking up the sun on one of its many fantastic beaches.

Exploring Tunisia

Tunis - The capital of Tunisia, Tunis has transformed itself in recent years to become an incredibly modern capital. Wander the streets to see architectural reminders of Tunis' Ottoman and colonial past before heading to the stunning Al-Zeytouna Mosque. When you’re in need of refreshment, make your way to Habib Bourguiba for a mint tea and sweet pastry.

Sousse - More than half a million people visit the lively and bustling town of Sousse every year. With a glorious white sandy beach and a 1,200 year old medina that has UNESCO World Heritage status, you can see why so many holidaymakers choose to seek out this lovely resort.

Hammamet - Located an hour away from Tunis Airport, Hammamet is Tunisia’s most popular beach resort. It has a long, white sandy beach, calm crystal waters and plenty of family-friendly water sports on offer. It is also home to the country’s oldest mosque, as well as the Kasbah which dates back to the 15th century.

Djerba – If you land at Djerba Airport you’ll discover a beautiful island of luxury hotels and long white beaches including the 13km long Sidi Mahres. If you want to explore the towns, Midoun and the capital of Houmt el Souk offer fascinating souks, cobbled alleyways, and fantastic restaurants.
