Having used you previously I have recommended you to any friends/relations who were considering car rental in Europe.
This latest rental was equally as stress free as the previous rentals so I shall continue to use you and recommend to others.

Used Zest last time for Portugal car hire, really easy and straight forward.
This time, we hired from Circular rental (via Zest), we had to call the local rental office for them to pick us up from the airport. No problem with that, except the instruction given on our bookings is incorrect, where it said someone outside the airport would be meeting us. Not a big deal.
The car we have hired had a lot of damages from the previous rental, which Circular is aware of, they have marked all the damages in the rental form and we also took a video to cover ourselves.
The service from Circular was excellent though, friendly and they were quite prompt to pick us up. We actually quite like the idea of their office outside the airport (about 10 mins away), as they dropped us off at the airport when we returned the vehicle.

Easy transaction from ordering to collection and return and before 7 days received the credit card deposit back to my card, So all good.

The car provider was very friendly, professional & helpful. They are very attentive & I dropped the car at their airport office & they gave me a lift to the airport. I have been using them so many times & they are as good as first time.
