I followed Zest's brief on prior inspection of hire car, including recording existing scratches and damage, of which there was only minor, which was a useful tip. The car was an MG ZS and had only done 877km at point of hire. We returned the car at the end of hire on 10th June to Automania office Palermo airport. The staff there were excellent in the handover process, there were no issues and no loss of deposit. I will definitely book my next hire car through Zest in September and also recommend them to my daughters and family members.
