We booked 2 cars, a compact and a larger mini SUV. The mini SUV said similar to SEAT Arona, so we got a Nissan Juke, however, the compact was supposed to be a Renault Clio and we were given a Nissan Qashqai. Obviously that was a great bonus! We were also very impressed with the efforts to help us.
