Unable to use my mobile phone as my Toyota rental car had a USB C connection. Daniella, my Guerin receptionist came to my rescue, sat in my rental car and programmed both my mobile and my wife's mobile phones via Bluetooth and therefore we were able to use our phones as sat-nav with Google maps. We then had a trouble-free car rental with a good car and excellent service.

From booking through Zest on line to collection at Faro airport and retuning vehicle to Faro we spent a total of 20 mins in the Guerin office. The pre information sheet certainly cut out time for the collection, numerous information points to confirm already submitted details took seconds. Keys collected and we were on the road within /5 minutes. On return of vehicle plenty of Guerin staff to book car back in which was seamless and we were off to airport terminal within 5 minutes. The car we were allocated was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to drive. Been hiring from Faro for 10 years and this service provided by Guerin was by far the best experience. Within an hour of returning the vehicle all end of contract details were sent to me, damage deposit refunded by the time we landed back in UK 5 hours later. 10 out of 10 all round, if I could give 11 I would . Will be using this company without a doubt for future holidays. Excellent, Thank You Zest/ Guerin for your professionalism and fabulous service, second to none.
