We were directed from the Thrifty Desk at Dublin Airport to a shuttle bus which picked us up and dropped us to the car rental office. Very speedy check in at the desk. We had taken out insurance with Zest and were offered insurance with Thrifty but declined this and so a holding charge was put on our credit card as was expected. There were no hard sales from Thrifty to take out their insurance. We did a thorough check of vehicle taking photos and then spoke to a Thrifty rep who amended records to show dents and scrapes on the car and this was emailed to us within minutes. Returning the vehicle was a speedy process and the holding fee was returned to our credit card within minutes. A shuttle bus took us back to the airport. This was my first time hiring a car and I had read some pretty off-putting reviews of other companies! I would highly recommend Zest and Thrifty. The process with them both was speedy and seamless.

This was our third time using Zest. We have now booked vehicles in Portugal, France, and Irleand using them. Each time, the experience has been perfect and without hassle. I really appreciate how transparent every detail feels when using Zest’s platform, and each rental has gone exactly as hoped. The liason between Zest and the renral companies themselves has been seamless :)
