At the desk there was an attempt to sell me Europcar’s own coverage but, with the Zest paperwork and guidance received, I was confident I already had everything I needed. That was invaluable to me. I don’t often hire a vehicle & I find the process quite intimidating.

Zest were very easy to deal with. Booking the car was straightforward and very competitively priced, as was the insurance. We opted to also take out the top up insurance, which had saved us money and avoided any hassle or hard sell when we picked up the car.
We will definitely use Zest again - highly recommended.

The pickup and drop off process was quick and efficient. Also, the replacement of the original car that had developed a fault was quick and efficient.
