Have used alamo/ enterprise croatia several times this year from split airport they have always been friendly and efficient with no hard sell for additional insurance . Picking up and dropping off always quick and reassuringly cars are always checked well both times

Had an issue where we lost our key in Sarajevo, after renting car the car in Split. Super support from enterprise and Zest meant we got a replacement key within 24 hours on Easter Friday. This allowed us to continue our trip as planned.
I've just had the cost of replacing the key repaid through the additional insurance out through Zest.

We travelled by bus from a nearby town to collect the car. When we got off the bus, I called the phone number provided and someone picked us up from the bus stop within two minutes. We returned slightly earlier than the time on our booking, arriving at the car park at 8.50am. No one was there until 9am. Just something for people to know. When the staff member arrived at 9am he quickly looked over the car then dropped us down the road at the bus stop opposite the airport which was where we needed to be. Car was clean and in good condition. Very efficient and friendly. I would use again.
