Have used alamo/ enterprise croatia several times this year from split airport they have always been friendly and efficient with no hard sell for additional insurance . Picking up and dropping off always quick and reassuringly cars are always checked well both times

Had an issue where we lost our key in Sarajevo, after renting car the car in Split. Super support from enterprise and Zest meant we got a replacement key within 24 hours on Easter Friday. This allowed us to continue our trip as planned. I've just had the cost of replacing the key repaid through the additional insurance out through Zest.
