Oryx provided excellent customer service. They stayed late at Split airport when our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 22.15. They also advised us where we could find a petrol station when we arrived back at Split airport having failed to find one en route to refuel the car so that we could then return it with a full tank.
Our only minor criticism was that there were quite a few marks and scratches on the car but this did not cause us any problems.

very pleasant staff with no aggressive upsell on extra insurance, quick return with no need to ensure vehicle was cleaned. They checked for damage but not with a very fine microscope as some other companies do.

Would highly recommend Zest and Last Minute. Both very good, great customer service from Last Minute. Vehicle was brand new. Return took minutes. Very good hire car company

Excellent service from Last Minute at Split and car in tip top condition. And of course, as ever, Zest very helpful when I phoned to report 3 hour delay to our flight. Highly recommended
