Given an upgrade because the delivery of the vehicle was delayed. Personnel delivering the vehicle to the hotel were very helpful and informative. Collection at the hotel was good as just had to leave the keys at reception. Was notified that the car was collected and my deposit was returned the same day. Would certainly use the company again.
