Had problem with a flat tyre, but excellent and speedy communication from company and within 1/2 hour they came out to where we were broken down with a replacement car.

I had the car delivered and picked up at my hotel so can't comment on how easy it was to find Fontana Auto Rentals.
The overall experience was excellent.

All went exactly as planned. Representative arrived slightly early which is good, was very pleasant and helpful, car was fine, odd very minor scuff here and dent there but nothing to worry about. Was picked up when planned and deposit returned promptly. As good as it gets to be honest

Got an upgrade from my original car booked. Just wished I double checked how to start the car as it took 15 mins to try to get it going. And then a phone call to the hire company who put me on the straight and narrow. Car was fine, air con a godsend. Topped up petrol to the 1/2 tank as required, with the help from attendant as it was a Sunday and only get & pay for petrol at the pump. Hire company representative was only a phone call away. They kept in touch prior to delivery of the car and told me to leave keys at reception. They picked car up roughly on time as arranged (I went to the pool). Rental car and company and Zest all top notch. Will defo use again.

Good service all round. We had a Nissan Note. Had this model a few times now. Lovely comfortable car for us. Always use Zest as very reliable. Reps that delivered the car to our hotel are always polite. Strange enough we nearly always get the same gentleman deliver the hire car. Always very polite and recognises us also. Which is lovely as he must see 100s of holiday makers through the year. Highly recommended.
