Our first car had problems whilst out for the day. Fontana were quick to send a driver with a replacement vehicle. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Easy collection in the hotel lobby. Took around 10-15 mins to complete forms and be shown around the car.
Good communication from Fontana to tell us where they'd be meeting us.
Easy drop off - they told us to just leave the key at reception with no need to wait for them.

Vehicle was as described. Dropped car off and deposit returned within a day.

GSP delivered and collected the car to our hotel which was very convenient and this was free of charge (unlike other providers). Car was very clean and good condition and was actually larger than expected (8 seater Serena when we order a typical 7 seater MPV). Excellent service and pleasant experience.
